AB Home Solutions exists to protect homeowners. Pro Desk fits that mission because good paperwork helps honest contractors win jobs — and these rules keep it that way.

We document what you found

Findings come from your notes and photos. We never invent, exaggerate or "upgrade" damage, and we'll ask before we guess.

Licensed pros only

We check your state contractor license (MHIC in Maryland) before your first order.

Your name, your signature

Every document goes out under your company. The person who inspected the job signs it — not us.

Your clients stay private

Client details are used only to build your document. We never contact your customers, and we never publish addresses or job details — not even in our samples.

Before you ask

Do unused reports roll over?

Yes — up to one month. Busy month after a slow one? You're covered.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrade when work picks up, drop down in the slow season.

Who writes the findings?

You do — we just put them in professional language. If a note is unclear, we ask instead of guessing.

Only roofing?

Roofing, siding, gutters and windows today. If you do another trade, ask — the format works for most exterior work.

Can I use it for insurance claims?

Yes, as your documentation. We don't contact insurers or negotiate claims — that stays between you, the homeowner and the adjuster.

How do I pay?

By card, monthly, through Stripe. We never see your card number. Cancel anytime by replying to any email from us; you keep everything already delivered.

What happens to my photos?

They're used only to build your document. We delete job photos and drafts 30 days after delivery, and we never post your jobs anywhere.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Send notes or voice memos in Spanish; your documents come back in English, or in both languages if you ask.
