Before you upload: how this works
- AI can be wrong. It can misread, miss or misstate a date, amount or requirement, especially on blurry photos, handwriting or missing pages.
- It isn't legal or insurance advice. We're not lawyers or public adjusters, and we don't act for you or contact the sender.
- Your deadlines stay your responsibility. Check every date and amount against your original letter and confirm them with the sender.
- We don't keep your letter. It's sent to our AI provider to write the explanation, then discarded. We keep only the date and type of letter to count your monthly limit.

Your letter stays private

Questions
What kinds of letters can it explain?
Letters about your home: HOA and condo association notices, insurance letters (payments, denials, requests for information), city and county code and permit notices, contractor and lien letters, and utility or tax notices.
Is this legal or insurance advice?
No. It explains what your letter says in plain English. It doesn't tell you what to do, and it doesn't replace a lawyer, your insurer, or a licensed professional. If your letter mentions a denial, a lawsuit, a lien, foreclosure or a short deadline, it tells you to talk to a professional.
What if it gets something wrong?
AI can misread a date or miss a line, so every point shows the words from your letter it came from. Check each one against your letter, and confirm deadlines with whoever sent it. If an explanation is wrong, email contact@abhomesolutions.pro so we can improve it.
Will contractors call me?
Only if you ask. After your explanation, you can choose to have a local company contact you about the repair. Nothing is shared unless you fill in that form and tick the consent box, and your letter is never shared.
Can I get the explanation in Spanish?
Yes. Pick Español before you upload. The quotes from your letter stay in the letter's original language so you can match them.
